Tonantzin Esparza {born January 18, 1980 in Los Angeles, California) played the recurring role of ex-gang member Marisol, whom Angie, who had been working with helping her, persuades George to move into their home as George Lopez also hires her to work at Powers Aviation in Season 2.
Tonantzin is an ALMA Award-nominated actress, best known for playing Vickie Castro in the award winning television movie Walkout.
Biography[]
Esparza was born in Los Angeles, the daughter of award-winning film producer Moctesuma Esparza, a first-generation Mexican-American, and her mother is a Yaqui Native American. She starred in 5 episodes of George Lopez as the character, Marisol.[1] Tonantzin Esparza has assisted in make-up artistry for films "Butter" and "Selena". Esparza has played a make-up artist in the film Sex Scene: The Making of 'Touché.
