About Senor Scrooge[]
Senor Scrooge was a sort of L.A. gang member type of spin on the Charles Dickens' character in a local community center's play "It's Christmas Eve in the Barrio", which took an urban Central L.A. spin on the classic Charles Dickens story "A Christmas Carol", that George, Angie, and the family and her parents went to see when they visit L.A. for Christmas. In the play, Roberto Crotchett, the plays spin on the Bob Cratchit character (played by Oleg Zatsepin) asks Senor Scrooge, who's in the play a drug dealer, if he could have time off of work to spend Christmas with his son Tiny Timeto (played by Marty Celis) who's with him, as he greets the Senor with "Merry Christmas!"
The hard hearted Senor, after responding with a "Bah, Humbug!" then tells Roberto "Say that again, and I'll pop a cap in your ass!", as he then says to Roberto "Are you out of your mind, Holmes? You think people will stop getting high just because it's Chritmas? Just give me the money you made yesterday, and get back out there on the street!"
